Welcome!

My name is Amber Emrick, I’m from Somers, Connecticut. I am a rising junior at Roger Williams University. I am majoring in Public Relations along with minors in Sports studies and Professional/ Public Writing, I will also be graduating with a certificate in Corporate Communication. At the moment I am interning for the Bristol Blues. I am a marketing intern for the Connecticut college baseball program. This connects to my career goals which are to one day work in the NHL as a public relations manager and more specifically to work for the Boston Bruins. I hope to gain more knowledge in the field of PR and marketing from my internships to help me achieve this goal one day. Outside of school and work I have a passion for photography and run a photography account on Instagram in hopes of being able to run a small photography business one day. I also enjoy watching hockey, which goes hand in hand with my dream job, reading and spending time with my friends and family, who push me to work harder everyday. I’m very adaptable, determined, and hard-working, which makes me excited to see what the future holds for me.
